Farm-To-Table Dinner at Stone Coop Farm

June 28th  6 pm

$50 suggested donation plus gratuity

The dinner will begin with a tour of the farm and then move into the barn for a beautiful 5 course meal.

To Begin: A very small chard and ricotta gallete

Second: A kale and cherry belle radish salad

Third : Carrot soup with garlic scape pesto

Main: Roasted 4th of July tomatoes with lamb and polenta

To Finish: Lemonbalm pannacotta with strawberries and cream

                                                                                                                     

Berry Preserves – Tuesday, June 24th 6:30 to 8:00PM – $40 Stone Coop Farm

Learn to make scrumptious jam and seal it into a jar. We’ll cover the basics of canning, and you will take home some to share with your family.
